About ABKKS
AIMS AND OBJECTS: The objects for which the development, culture, tradition and future creations of Koli/Kori Samaj is established are as follow :
2. To work and put in best efforts for the whole development of Koli/Kori Samaj in India.
3. To work best for maintaining dignity & fame and development of Koli/Kori Samaj as well as to maintain the brotherhood and affection of Koli/Kori Samaj.
4. To encourage and honour the talented people of the Koli/Kori Samaj for their contribution & excellence in the field of education, art, social, medical and other field.
5. To work and put in best efforts for the whole development of Koli/Kori Samaj living in India and abroad.
6. To organize seminar on social justice, educational and economical upliftment of women rights to raise legal demands and fundamental rights provided by the Constitution of India for the Koli/Kori Samaj.
7. To help needy Koli/Kori persons in marriages of their sons and daughters by way of cash donation or otherwise and to distribute clothes, food and other necessaries of daily life amongst them
8. To issue appeals & applications for obtaining necessary funds required for furtherance of the said objects & accept donations and subscriptions of cash and kind and of any property either movable or immovable towards the corpus of Society or towards its activities or work.
9. To invest and deal with the funds of the Society for furtherance of its aims & objects.
10. To arrange, establish, run, manage, control, look-after and supervise the Medical Hospital/Centre’s, Charitable dispensaries, widows homes, old aged-homes, orphanages, Clinics to provide medical relief and aid to the suffering SC, ST, OBC & minorities.
11. To arrange and organize social, cultural and educational programmes including get-together picnics, Excursion and celebrating the social festivals.
12. To help and assist the Govt. Authorities and/or suffering humanities during flood, fire, famine, cyclone, earth quake epidemic storm, accidents & other natural calamities.
13. To provide health care facilities by regular check-ups, arranging blood donation camp, Eye operation camp etc.
14. To start, establish, run, manage and control various Orphanage, Anath Ashram, Old Aged Home, Children Home all over in India as and when the Board of Societies may decide from time to time.
15. To organize meetings, seminars, discussion and press conference to raise legal demands and fundamental rights provided by the `Constitution of India`.
16. To provide information and education/useful knowledge and the medical advise, to general public regarding the vices of the Society like Smack, Smoking, Use of Alcohol/wine, AIDS etc. through holding awareness camps for De-Addiction and also organize the lectures by expert team of doctors, Journalists, Advocates, professionals and other learned persons.
17. To arrange and organize EYE and BLOOD donation camps all over in India.
18. To take-up effective, reasonable and lawful steps for the solution of the problems relating to the blind, handicapped, mentally retarded, deaf, dumb and other disabled, by providing them all required facilities.
19. To provide free legal, medical and socio-economic help/assistance to the poor and needy persons.
20. To give, provide and/or render monetary and/or other help and assistance for the relief of persons and animals including birds affected by natural and other calamities such as flood, fire, famine, cyclone, earth quake, storm, accident, pestilence, drought, epidemic, unbearable cost of living and the like, to give donations, subscriptions or contributions to institutions, establishments, centers or persons doing relief work on such occasion.
21. To make arrangement for mobile emergency VAN/AMBULANCE for the victims of road accidents, to provide help to pregnant ladies to shift them to nearby hospital, also to provide assistance to the old people for the emergency.
22. To bring under productive use of the vast land through a massive programs of forestation and tree plantation to keep environment health.
23. To arrange welfare and research programs for the Indian public and also provide necessary help/assistance.
24. To invest the Society fund in the various Financial Gain projects/schemes for raising funds of the Society to spend the same for the fulfillment of objects of the Society.
25. To collect information, Notices, Notifications, Policies from the Government, Semi Government, National/International Agencies and N.G.Os, and also provide the same to the members of the Society and also to the general public.
26. To approach to the competent court/courts to safeguard the rights of Koli/Kori Samaj the general public and for the public interests from time to time as the Society may deem fit and proper.
27. To receive financial and non-financial assistance from Govt. Non- Govt. organization, International Agencies, Banks and any other legal entity or individual.
28. To accept donations, grants, presents, gifts, and other offerings in the shape of movable/immovable properties for the attainment of the aims and objects of the Society from Govt./Non-Govt./NGO’S/ Pvt. Public and from foreign abroad.
29. To hold and manage the assets and properties acquired/inherited or purchased by the Society as may be necessary or appropriate for the achievement of the objectives of the Society.
30. To assist and co-operate the other Association, Society and the various N.G.Os. Whose aims are same like this Society.
31. The activities and the branches shall spread all over in India, where the Society may decide from time to time.
32. To do such other things/acts/activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the object of the Society.
33. To purchase/acquire the land/or the building in the name of the society for the upliftment and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the society.
34. To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the property or the buildings of the above society, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the aims and objects of the society.
35. To publish book, charts, illustrations, journals, magazines, periodicals, news letters/papers and other publications in the different languages and on the different subjects through print media and electronics media for the sake of Society.
36. The activities and the branches shall spread all over in India and also in the different countries of world.
37. All the acts/activities/programs shall be non profitable and shall be done on ‘no profit-no loss’ basis.
38. The Society will invest its money and funds according to the section-11 (5) of the income tax act, 1961.
“All the income, earnings, moveable/or immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the memorandum of the society and no profit thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or the past members of the society or to any person claming through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership”.
